AgencyOS solves the client mismanagement problem for agencies handling multiple clients at once, bringing every client and their projects together in one place instead of scattered across disconnected tools. On top of that, agencies needed a smooth onboarding flow with multi-role support, and an easy way to invite clients and collect payments through invoices.

FabNinjas built a domain-driven, multi-tenant client management platform on Laravel — each agency gets an isolated tenant database, its own branded sub-domain, and role-based portals for agency-admins, agency-members, and clients, so client, project, milestone, and invoicing management all live in one white-labeled system.
